    The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for cost control operation and administration including the preparation or reporting and relevant record keeping.
    • Process Request for Payment to suppliers in an accurate and timely manner
    • Performs the following tasks: Daily cash count, deposit of cash and checks, monthly inventory of goods, collection of receivables, distribution of service charge for employees
    • Assist with materials request and purchase requisition
    • Handles monitoring of Asset Inventory
    • Prepares and transmit billing statements
    • Prepares weekly and monthly Food Cost Summary and Spoilage and Breakage Report
    • Collects all Sales and Expenses Accruals every end of the month
    • Handles all monitoring and record keeping of all Asset Inventory


    • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or related field
    • 2 to 3 years previous work related experience
    • Excellent skills in MS Office especially MS Excel
    • High attention to details and accuracy
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment and must be able to work under pressure
    • Must demonstrate excellence in time management skills
    • Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
