The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    The role is responsible for overall platform operations and scope management, vendor management, contract management for the CRM Division’s emerging e-commerce platform.

    Platform Management
    • Operations Management: Production Issues, Platform Availability
    • Policy keeper of all platform interfaces
    Platform Cost Management
    • Manage all costs that a platform incurs from operational to Capital Expenditures due to changes or new requirements
    Project Management
    • Capture all requirements for users of platforms
    • Manage timely delivery of each requirement with close coordination with IT and vendors
    Vendor Management
    • Keeper of Engagement of Agreements, ensure updated contracts and memos
    • Main SPOC to vendors for all necessary correspondences regarding services and solutions under each vendor


    • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration/ Business Management/ Commerce/ Economics, or related courses
    • Must have at least 5 years’ work experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or CRM (Customer Relationship Management)/ CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management)
    • Digital-savvy, with knowledge and experience in web and mobile applications content management and optimization, digital marketing campaign management, digital media, social media, and digital analytics
    • Solid project management skills, with proven ability to drive projects from start to completion
    • Solid stakeholder management and risk management skills
    • Excellent presentation, communication (English and Filipino), and leadership skills
    • Competent skills in MS Excel Reports, MS Powerpoint presentations, and MS Project and MS Visio
    • Excellent analytical skills; able to derive insights from numbers and data
