ABS-CBN Corporation is the Philippines' leading information and entertainment multimedia conglomerate. The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. ABS-CBN produces a wide variety of engaging, world-class entertainment programs that are aired on free-to-air television.

The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. The Company also owns the leading-cinema and music production and distribution outfits in the country. It brings its content to worldwide audiences via cable, satellite, online and mobile.

The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Manages marketing, media planning, budgeting and buying campaigns, for ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries.
    2. Preferable with digital marketing and digital media planning experience with the ability to develop digital campaign plans including all aspect of digital media and align with overall integrated marketing strategy.
    3. Develops and executes results oriented marketing plans across various channels such as paid search, performance display, affiliate marketing, paid media and re-targeting.
    4. Works closely with ABS-CBN’s key advertising clients and agency partners in developing and implementing customized integrated above the line and media solutions that support clients’ campaigns and brands.
    5. Keeps up-to-date on digital marketing trends and developments, including attending conference and industry events.
    6. Understands and analyzes marketing KPIs, develops scorecards and reports on results and key initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

    • BA/BS degree; educational background on marketing, business, public relations, communications and advertising
    • With substantial experience on brand management or any of the related fields in the areas indicated above
    • Has creative and strategic skills
    • Excellent communication skills, with knowledge on how to utilize multiple media touchpoints
    • With remarkable time and project management skills
    • Notable organizational skills, can steer projects and manage people
    • Strong understanding of ROI-oriented integrated marketing and advertising model
    • A contagiously positive can-do attitude
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and project management skills
