The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    1. Brainstorm with the editor for guide questions prior to a coverage or exclusive interview
    2. Gather content such as videos, allowed music and necessary annotations for the video output

    3. Record entertainment news, sports, and lifestyle stories; document the most important happenings in a sports event, especially the personality interviews
    4. Work closely with other people concerned with the story, such as journalists and photographers, and agreeing the video requirements for a story
    5. Hand relevant administrative arrangements, such as timing, press passes, transport and accessto restricted areas, venues and events
    6. Capture events or personalities, noting details for options
    7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current news stories and any specialist areas
    8. Maintain video and electronic communications equipment

    Graphics Editor
    9. Responsible for creating exemplary, punctual, and cutting edge imagery for use across multiple platforms owned and operated by the ABS-CBN Digital Content Publishing Team. The imagery, themes and subjects will include but are not limited to: Entertainment (, Lifestyle (, Sports (, Travel (Choose Philippines), Show Business (, Music (One Music), Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and Social Engagement (Stellar).
    10. Imagery (from concept, design, until final output) is divided into two parts. The first are operational requirements for website items such as feature article images, broadcast use art cards, all printable items, day to day needs of content editors (i. e. assets for video production, resizing and file manipulation, logo design), and dynamic themed content. The second part involves Innovative Digital Content which are required for special forward experiences which the team may decide to undertake. These range from experimental layouts, images for new technology (360 or virtual reality, Second Screens, Mobile Technology), special presentations and conceptual executions.
    11. Medium to advanced skill and techniques in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) or any related software is a must (Excellent Output is primary concern). Adequate knowlwdge in video editing, video production and post-production techniques, print and web technology are a plus.

    • Fluent in English and Filipino
    • With creative writing skills (for video titling and graphic captions)
    • Knowledgeable of the happenings in various industries
    • Knowledgeable in graphics design and relevant softwares
    • Knowledge in Adobe Premiere and Final Cut is a plus
