    The Executive Assistant will directly report to the Managing Director and shall be responsible of the following tasks:
    1. Performing basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, photocopying, mailing and filing documents.
    2. Preparing corespondences, reports, presentations, and handling the Managing Director's schedule.
    3. Arranging corporate travels and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportations, and aranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
    4. Handling reimbursement processing, liquidations, and other expenses of the Managing Director.
    5. May schedule and attend confidential management and board meetings, prepare agendas, and transcribe or distribute minutes.
    6. Researching and compiling data, meets or liasons with individuals and groups inside or outside of the company on behalf of the Managing Director.
    7. Serving as point of contact between the Office of the Managing Director and the rest of the company, clients and suppliers.
    Managing the office supplies and resources of the Office of the Managing Director.


    • Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's/ College Degree course in Business or any course equivalent.
    • With 1-2 years of previous work experience.
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
