RESPONSIBILITIES

    Position Summary

    1. Assists the HR Account Head in managing the HR Operations of the assigned unit/section/department within a division and ensure the effective and successful deployment of all HR related programs and initiatives.

    2. Ensures all key HR initiatives of assigned unit / department / section are effectively implemented.

    3. Assists the HR Account Head in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of HR interventions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of operations for assigned subsidiaries / divisions.

    4. Provides feedback from assigned account on Systems, Operations, and ODL on policies, procedures, programs, and change management plans and provides feedback to the HR Acoount Head.

    5. Provide HR consulting support to assigned unit/section/department.

    6. Perfoms and Upward Feedback process, Data, inputs and information gathered (unit/department/section) are given to the HR Account Head.

    7. Acts as the point person for all HR initiatives involving the assigned department/unit/section.

REQUIREMENTS

    • A Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts (BA), or a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of increasingly responsible technical or administrative experience in personnel administration activities.
