RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports the LDM for Leadership Development in the design, development, and delivery of  Academy Courses specifically in:
      • Creation of Course Design
      • Development of course guides, facilitator guides, course collaterals
      • Identification of course evaluation levels and corresponding evaluation tools
      • Management of Academy/Course enrollment, program delivery admin and tracking of course delivery
      • Encoding and updating of learning delivery data via LMS
      • Coordination with program vendors for external course requirements
      • Management of vendor accreditation
    • Coordination with stakeholders regarding academy program deliverables
    • Generation of reports as required by the LDM, Course Admin Head or Head of University
    • Support the LDM of the other Academies as needed
    • Participation and support of University programs and deliverables aligned with strategic initiatives 

REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience in the conduct and delivery of training programs
    • Experience in course design, development, and evaluation
    • Solid working knowledge of adult learning theory and teaching techniques
    • Strong project management skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills; Highly effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor message to different audiences
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and peers to deliver business results
    • Resilience and flexibility
    • Highly personable
    • Efficient and detail oriented
