    The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for Adober Studios' overall marketing strategy and initiatives. This includes traditional but mostly digital marketing executions as well as management of all social media accounts and website of Adober Studios. He/She creates content and marketing strategies that will help each platform grow and gain traction. He/She manages a team which will oversee all editorial content, comments, feedbacks across each platform and is expected to create and implement guidelines to engage with fans, followers, and subscribers by creating content and responding in behalf of the brand.
    • Strategize and implement marketing campaigns to align with content amd talent management strategies.
    • Ideate and plan content calendar for all social media accounts (YouTube, FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
    • Provide engaging text, image and video content for Adober Studios’ social media accounts
    • Ensures Social media team responds to web and SNS queries in a timely manner
    • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
    • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
    • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing, Content Development and Creator Development teams to stay updated on new content creators, original series, initiatives, and campaigns
    • Coordinates with different ABS-CBN units and leverage on ABS-CBN’s reach to help grow Adober creators
    • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
    • Coordinates with the Creator Development team, Content Development team, Platform Strategists, and Sales and Marketing team of Adober Studios
    • Communicates and aligns with content creators within the network, online fan bases, online channels, and brands.
    • Expected to drive Adober Studios’ marketing efforts on digital platforms and on traditional platforms


    • Proven work experience as a digital marketer and community management
    • Ability to identify and track and interpret platform analytics and engagement metrics
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Excellent content writing skills
    • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
    • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
    • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, creating an event series and writing newsletters)
    • Knowledgeable in photo and video editing apps (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, etc)
    • Has great attention to detail
    • Graduate of Marketing, IT, English, Communications, or any relevant degree
