RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The Marketing Specialist will handle the implementation of Region marketing support initiatives e.g. promotion initiatives execution and monitoring; media planning; field sales merchandising development and roll-out; and theatricals/event planning and coordination. He/she shall also provide assistance in the Region-level implementation of Global-led initiatives.
    • The Marketing Specialist should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills as well as cross-functional coordination skills. He/She should have demonstrated strength in thorough planning, including the ability to develop logical and detailed program mechanics, as well as to estimate, manage and track the marketing budget.
    • The Marketing Specialist must demonstrate the ability to flawlessly execute initiatives and plans, with consistent attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS

    •  Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Economics, Communications, Finance, Engineering or related courses.
    • At least 3years experience within Marketing and/or Sales function, with exposure and good grasp of product/customer management, distribution, project management, business development.
    • Preferably with exposure to the Telecommunication or Media/Cable industries (i.e. subscription-based business) and/or experience working in Consumer Goods industry.
    • Ability to multi-task; work under pressure and on tight deadlines; and meet deadlines on multiple projects.
    •  Effectively manages multiple relationships and interactions at any given time, including supporting multiple Direct Managers.
    •  Excellent interpersonal skills across internal team members, customers, dealers and other third-party vendors, groups or partners.
    •  Creative thinker and problem solver.
    •  Proactive and demonstrates take-charge attitude
    •  Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    •  “Hands on” orientation, very comfortable with implementation activities
    •  Excellent oral and writing skills
    •  Willing and able to travel extensively in the implementation of initiatives
    •  Results oriented
