RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage assigned On-air block by coordinating with EP of Programs, TOC and On-air Head to be able to deliver internal target airing time of programs
    • Creation/Editing of programs in FITS including blocktime programs
    • Follow promo prioritization provided by Media Services
    • Check daily logs vis a vis the media plan
    • Validation of allowable plug minutes per program with On Air Head
    • - Make necessary arrangements in the Media Plan/Cuesheet as advised by the Promo producer and/or Media Services
    • Creation of plug time report as necessary
    • Coordinate with blocktimer for On-air requirements.                                       
    • Cuesheet should be checked for materials in TOC.                                      
    • Provide feedback to client until final materials and all commercials are available and accurate for airing.
    • Ensure that all requirements for block time are met by the client such as: material and commercial airing, MTRCB permit, ASC clearance and Broadcast Quality Standards
    • Encoding spots, plugs from media plan (per shift assignment)
    • Follow promo prioritization provided by Media Services in implementation of LSGs
    • Coordination of encoded media plan with Programs involved or affected
    • Check accuracy of cue sheet
    • Generate reports in FITS

REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduate of any B.S. or A.B. four year course related but not limited to Mass Communication, Communication arts and Broadcast Communication
    • Has one (1) to (2) years experience or training in On Air Operations
    • Has good organization and communication skills
    • Technical skills required:
    • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
    • Knowledgeable in ITS, Lotus Notes
