The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. RESPONSIBILITIES

    Promo Coordinators for ABS-CBN's New Music Venture
     
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for all contents released (songs, music videos, etc.).
    • Ensure that content is ready in all formats on all platforms prior to posting schedule.
    • Coordinate with Star Music Promotional Manager and team's Social Media Manager to maximize synergy, efficiency timeliness and effectiveness of content promotion across all platforms.
    • Monitor existing campaigns, create analysis reports, propose adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
    • Coordinate with Digital Media Division for social listening reports on all campaigns.
    • Advise adjustments in overall digital promotion strategy for the group based on reports and feedback (i.e. specific geo-targeting based on content’s performance in different regions, age/gender/socioeconomic adjustments, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication or any relevant course.
    • With at least a year's experience in music marketing and promotions on different platforms.
    • Exposed to doing market research, project management and process improvement.
    • Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Preferably with experience in marketing in the music industry.
