ABS-CBN Corporation is the Philippines' leading information and entertainment multimedia conglomerate. The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. ABS-CBN produces a wide variety of engaging, world-class entertainment programs that are aired on free-to-air television.

The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by analyzing the target market and appropriate mix of promo and onground executions; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars
    • Tracks material production, checking accuracy of layout details and monitor project status
    • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
    • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with other department such as creatives, sales, digital etc.; inventorying of asset, placing job orders; processing contracts and verifying supplier billings if necessary
    • Provide promo inventory & date, market trends, new product information; relaying customer services requests
    • Plans meetings by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
    • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and seminars
    • Accomplished organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
    • Contribute creative ideas for promo and other marketing projects
    • Support the team in implementing/executing marketing projects such as network promo, on-ground events and others
    • Create presentation decks for any client proposals

REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferable Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising or any related course
    • Must have good coordination, organization and documentation skills
    • Must be familiar with PPT applications
    • Should be open to contractual employment status
