ABS-CBN Publishing, Inc (API), a wholly subsidiary of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Network, has the largest and widest magazine distribution network in the country, covering 200 key cities and municipalities all over the Philippines. With its portfolio of lifestyle, culinary, youth, and entertainment glossies and books, API has been able to reach well-established and emerging markets both here and abroad.

ABS-CBN Publishing also offers comprehensive print production services through ColorGuide (Pre-press). ColorGuide provides conceptualization and design services  and print implementations such as packaging design, corporate brochures, newsletters, product and merchandising catalogs to name a few.


    The Publisher will directly report to the Managing Director and shall be responsible of the following tasks:
    1. Monitoring of revenue and market share growth of ABS-CBN Publishing Inc.'s brands.
    2. Ensuring the editorial team's accuracy and effectivity in creating the best possible product in line with audience content and API's publishing strategy.
    3. Developing benchmarks and conducting monthly reports to measure progress.
    4. Conceptualizing and implementing marketing plans and strategies for the assigned API brands.
    5. Coordinating with various internal groups to develop, maintain, and improve API's products.
    6. Managing the budget and monitoring costs by creating and analyzing profit and loss reports.


    • Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's/College degree course in Business Management, Marketing, Communication Arts, Communication Research, or any business-related course equivalent. 
    • At least 3-4 years of previous work-related experience specifically in brand management and business development.
    • Familiarity with Metro brands is a plus
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Comfortable working in a team-fostered environment.
    • Ability to multitask and organize priorities.
    • Can adapt to a flexible working schedule.
