RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement and monitor job orders
    • Daily monitoring and record maintainance of equipment operations
    • Coordinate regarding any operational and maintainance related activities and ensure that they adhere to set codes and guidelines
    • Prepare daily and weekly operational activity reports
    • Supports the Chief Engineer in Preventive Maintenance Program preparations.
    • Implement and monitor the Preventive Maintainance Program.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering.
    • Preferably a Licensed Professional Engineer (PME)
    • At least 3 year(s) of relevant supervisory work experience and 2 years hands on experience including building mechanical system operations, telecom operations, and project management.
    • With working knowledge on building mechanical systems.
