ABS-CBN Corporation is the Philippines' leading information and entertainment multimedia conglomerate. The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. ABS-CBN produces a wide variety of engaging, world-class entertainment programs that are aired on free-to-air television.

The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. The Company also owns the leading-cinema and music production and distribution outfits in the country. It brings its content to worldwide audiences via cable, satellite, online and mobile.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    AUDIENCE MARKETING
    • Serves as over-all Marketing Communications Team Lead
    • Acts as Communications Single-Point-of-Contact
    • Provides marketing direction and serves as implementation liaison of the following: Brand Essence & Icon Development, Comms Strategy, and Synergized AdProm Plan
    • Project Management of internal campaigns including conceptualization, planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and post-mortem review
     
    BRANDED ENTERTAINMENT & PARTNERSHIPS
    • Serves as over-all Marketing Team Lead for Branded Partnerships
    • Acts as Communications Single-Point-of-Contact
    • Serves as Customer Campaigns and Partnerships Liaison: conceptualization, planning, implementation, monitoring, and post-mortem review
    • Leads project cascade to Sales
    • Monitors campaign sales sponsorship & BE Implementation (PSG Coordination)
    • Develops new branding opportunities
    • Oversees on-ground trade initiatives conceptualization & planning (Trade Events, Roadshows)

REQUIREMENTS

    • BA/BS degree (Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications And Advertising)
    • With substantial experience on brand management or any of the related fields in the areas indicated above
    • Has creative and strategic skills
    • Excellent communication skills, with knowledge on how to utilize multiple media touchpoints
    • Notable organizational skills, can steer projects and manage people
    • Strong understanding of ROI-oriented integrated marketing and advertising model
    • A contagiously positive can-do attitude
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and project management skills
