    Responsible for strategically planning, evaluation, troubleshooting, implementation and integration of all ad technologies as demanded by the fast changing digital landscape.
    • Technical contact for third party vendors, internal teams, and LOBs
    • Create and document tests, policies, procedures and technology implementation
    • Manage escalation of technical implementation of ad products
    • Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad server technology and/or ad tag implementations for both clients and internal teams
    • Facilitate the technical aspects of clients successfully placing conversion and provide guidance to clients and ad campaign specialists
    • Advise clients, internal teams, and stakeholders on best practices to ensure on time, performance, and successful executions of ad technologies
    • Act as liaison between Ad Operations, Platform, and IT Teams
    • Surface, investigate, communicate and drive issues in ad technologies to resolution
    • Provide support to the larger ad operations group with assigned  custom projects requiring one-off investigation and troubleshooting
    • Create, monitor, manage inventories for ABSCBN properties
    • Oversee testing of ad technologies and its integration with ABSCBN digital properties
    • Work together with the Digital Ad Campaign Specialist in identifying and resolving problems such as under serving campaigns, and overbooking of campaigns
    • Work with site owners and relevant teams to ensure successful integration of ad technologies with relevant technologies


    • BA/BS with industry emphasis or related experience
    • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in digital ad operations
    • Ad Operations expert, with strong understanding of multiple ad serving technologies
    • Excellent understanding of trafficking, rich media, ad tags, HTML, SQL, Javascript, MS Excel
    • Experience with both behavioral targeting, retargeting and programmatic sales
    • Experience troubleshooting campaign set-ups
    • Familiarity of how web sites and online ad work
    • Familiarity with rich media vendors and web debugging tools
    • Exceptional relationship management and communications
    • Must be highly detail-oriented, exceptionally organized and have the ability to multitask with detailed projects in a fast-paced work environment
    • Knowledge of ad serving constituent technologies
    • Experience with ad servers, bid managers, or DSPs
