Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 


    1. Manages marketing, media planning, budgeting and buying campaigns for ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries.
    2. Develops creative and effective integrated marketing promotional campaigns that achieve business and communication goals
    3. Understands brands, derives relevant and deep insights about the market and determines strategic use of multimedia touchpoints.
    4. Preferably with digital marketing and digital media planning experience with the ability to develop digital campaign plans including all aspect of digital media and align with overall integrated marketing strategy.
    5. Develops and executes results oriented marketing plans across various channels such as paid search, performance display, affiliate marketing, paid media and re-targeting.
    6. Works closely with ABS-CBN’s key advertising clients and agency partners in developing and implementing customized integrated above the line and media solutions that support clients’ campaigns and brands.
    7. Keeps up-to-date on digital marketing trends and developments, including attending conference and industry events.
    8. Understands and analyzes marketing KPIs, develops scorecards and reports on results and key initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders.
    9. Able to lead and inspire creative process.
    10. Able to deliver clear, effective and professional presentations.
    11. Able to turning ideas into reality through efficient and careful planning, organizing and working with resources and different team players while keeping an eye on the objectives of the project. 
    12. Takes overall leadership in the strategic conceptualization, development and preparation of whatever plans and pitches that result in winning the projects
    13. Initiates sales driving activities by understanding advertiser/brand needs and providing them with customized branding opportunities using various programs and other network properties (360 plan).
    14. Leads the pre-selling of network projects


    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or equivalent
    • With substantial experience on brand management or any of the related fields in the areas indicated above
    • Notable organizational skills, can steer projects and manage people
    • Time management, interpersonal/ communication skills, organizing skills and problem solving skills are essential as much as customer service and sales skills
    • Must have good command of the English and Filipino language.
    • Preferably with digital marketing experience, up to date on trends and developments in the market.
