    1. Shared Responsibility for Sales Targets
    • Understands sales trends and identifies strategies by agency
    • Presents this through an annual account plan to management
    2. Driving Sales
    • Initiates sales driving activity for the network by understanding the advertiser/brand needs and providing them with branding opportunities customized per client using various programs and other network properties (360 plan)
    • Leads the pre-selling of network projects
    3. Advertiser Plans and Pitches
    • Takes overall leadership in conceptualization, development and preparation of actual advertiser plans and pitches that should result in winning the project
    4. Client Servicing
    • Responds to advertiser/agency pitches and requests
    • Ensures client satisfaction
    • Program presentation and pitches
    5. Report Preparation and Submission
    • Monthly business tracking report
    • Weekly projects in play report


    • Mass Communications/Marketing/Advertising graduate
    • With substantial experience/exposure in the marketing communications field, strategic planning, advertising/creative agency work
    • Can relate to all levels in the organization
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong project/time management and presentation skills
