RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Data Delivery Analyst works with the Data Delivery Head and Data Quality Team in designing, delivering and maintaining the data structures and data elements needed for Enterprise Customer Data as well as Big Data platforms.

    The Data Delivery Analyst should maintain the data glossary as sources and attributes of the Customer Database is added and modified. He/She will work with data Delivery Head to align data dictionary and the processes of the Enterprise Customer Database (ECD).

    He/She generally works on data delivery of Enterprise Customer Database information for use on CRM and quantitative analytics with focus on collecting, parsing, transforming, analyzing and visualizing large sets of data.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Data collection and data preparation of customer information for use of CRM and Data Analytics teams
    • Develops, maintains, unit tests and evaluates data solutions within and across ABS-CBN organizations. Knowledgeable in data warehousing solutions and should be able to work with the latest database and data sets.
    • Validates customer data if these are according to agreed and defined business rules.
    • Documents test results and reports status of activities.
    • Executes regular and ad hoc reports required by the business; Makes sure data delivery requirements are completed as planned.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work with cloud computing environments
    • Ability to work with teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements
    • Ability to assist in documenting requirements as well as resolve conflicts or ambiguities
    • Ability to develop, integrate, and test highly scalable distributed systems
    • Knowledgeable in different programming or scripting languages like PL/SQL, Visual Basic, C++, PHP and DataStage and QualityStage and SAS
