    Provide support to the Information Security Head in all compliance activities of the company related to the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
    • Assist the Information Security Head in the conduct, facilitation and coordination of Privacy Impact Assessments for existing and new projects.
    • Create, develop, update and maintain documentations related to the Privacy Compliance program
    • Assist in sustaining the Compliance Program
    • Liaise with internal and external groups related to the Compliance program
    • Conduct Data Privacy introduction and learning sessions to staff, employees and third-party vendors when required
    • Provide inputs, measure and identify improvements on privacy awareness and compliance
    • Perform administrative tasks as needed
    • Perform other tasks as required by the Information Security Head


    • Bachelor’s degree/College/University graduate on Business Administration, Accountancy, Liberal Arts, Law and related disciplines
    • Preferably with working knowledge of audit, privacy and compliance frameworks
    • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience
    • Analytical, organized, excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Preference will be given to applicants who has active certifications in audit, compliance or data privacy such as but not limited to IAPP’s CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPP/U or has experience working in a Compliance group in Banks, Contact Centers or Business Process Outsourcing companies.
