Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively.

    The Tech Lead (SEO Management) supports Search Engine Optimization (SEO) projects, tasks, and operations related to technical analysis, accessibility, crawling and indexing, site architecture, template, and page optimization.
    • Analyzes sites from a technical perspective to identify potential issues with crawling and indexing by the search engine bots.
    • Recommends improvements and coordinates with web developers to execute actions to enhance the crawling and flow of page rank on all websites.
    • Supports SEO team in fixing issues and optimizing on-page factors such as – title tags and meta descriptions, header tags, URLs, Image Alt Text, Internal Links, Keywords, and sitemaps.
    • Implements SEO policies and procedures concerning the technical elements, especially in ensuring alignment with web page design best practices for search engine optimization.
    • Performs technical audit on digital properties concerning digital ads and SEO.


    • Graduate of B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems, Mass Communication
    • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
    • Required Skills:
      • Knowledge on web technologies such as HTML/Javascript, HTTP, JSON, XML, Web Services/REST API.
      • Knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP, Azure).
      • Experience in an Agile environment.
      • Familiarity with Google Search Console, SEMRush, and other systems to support SEO.
    • Good to have:
      • Experience working in a DevOps environment.
      • Knowledge of Javascript MSE/EME extensions a plus.
      • Experience with various scripting technologies such as bash, python
