    Position Summary

    The Marketing Specialist is mainly responsible for conceptualization and implementation of all Trabahanap marketing initiatives.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing(Traditional / Digital) campaigns;
    • Plan and Execute Integrated Marketing Communication campaign
    • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
    • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
    • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
    • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
    • Maintain Digital presence of Brand and its services
    • Content and community management of Trabahanap across all Digital Media platforms (Website, Social Media, Online Assets), which includes generating engagement reports, analysis and improvement recommendations
    • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
    • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Marketing / Communications / Advertising at least 3 years previous writing and/or design experience in advertising, marketing, public relations
    • Ability to navigate and use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
    • Basic proficiency on editing software (FCP, Adobe Premiere)
    • Comprehensive knowledge of various Digital Media concepts and platforms
    • Knowledgeable in Data Analytics
    • Ability to comfortably work in dynamic deadline situations
    • Creative, multi-tasker, flexible, self-starter
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
