Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Multimedia Producer will be responsible for the delivery of creative services required for Digital Video Content to support business objectives of iWantTFC. This role will lead, manage, and execute end-to-end production requirements of digital video content for iWantTFC. With mastery in postproduction, incumbent shall ensure the quality and timely delivery of creative offerings such as, but not limited to, originals, trailers, promo plugs, video highlights, advertising and promotional videos for iWantTFC content and platform.
He/she will work with partner departments such as content production, operations, marketing, content partnerships and experience, content and platform campaigns teams, and other concerned groups with the objective of discoverability of content and increased engagement on the iWantTFC platform.
Creative Development
- Lead overall creative development of assigned content marketing campaigns and/or projects.
- Service internal clients in terms of content production relevant to iWantTFC content releases and video executions
- Lead end-to-end video production and delivery of platform requirements specific to postproduction
- Coordinate and brainstorm with the Creative Services team and internal clients and partners for the overall concept, treatment, and execution of a project.
- Understand the target audience and business that the campaign is aimed at
- Collaborate and align with partners on budget proposals, pre-production requirements and production shoots
- Develop digital creative concepts that achieve the overall business strategy while creating an exceptional digital experience for consumers
- Write, produce, and edit creative communication materials for multi-platform use
- Submit concepts, script, audiovisual materials to Creative Services Head for review and feedback before internal client approval.
- Work on site and on location during production shoots.

- Manage own accounts and projects, working within budget and scheduling requirements
- Adapt smart and flexible working hours to meet the needs of the clients and ensure deadlines are met

Creative Decision-making
- Review video materials to determine if it conforms to standards & specifications
Effective Communication
- Confer with Creative Services team to discuss client requirements and present concepts.
- Confer with clients to determine objectives, budget, background information, and presentation approaches, styles & techniques.
- Able to negotiate with suppliers to determine what services will be performed in a project/deliverable.
- Liaise with ABS-CBN Corp, and its subsidiaries over sharing of resources and facilities (i.e. Big Dipper, AFPI, C1, iWantTFC, Sagip Pelikula, etc.)
Presentation Skills
- Develop presentation materials, pitches, and concept
- Layout presentation for review by team leads
Managing Relationships
- Able to promote productive relations with colleagues, clients, as well as vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Fine Arts (major in Advertising), Multimedia or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a video editor, multimedia producer, or content creator, with a strong knowledge of conventions in multi-platform content creation
- Has mastery in the use of Adobe Creative Apps such as Premiere, After Effects, Audition and the likes.
- Can adapt writing, shooting and video editing style based on the target audience
- Full understanding of file formats and technical specifications in audio-visual production: Screen resolutions, File formats, Web specs, Social media specs, etc.
- Has excellent work ethics, able to multitask and can collaborate with a team with varying skill sets
- Has excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills [Filipino & English]
- Has knowledge in latest audio, video and lighting equipment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Collaborative and coachable
- Willing to work extended hours
