RESPONSIBILITIES

    Position Summary
    The Ad Sales Coordinator acts as the after-sales person of the front liners, the Account Executives. She is responsible for the implementation of advertising spots and media values and in making sure that all telecast orders are implemented since these are paid by clients. She also manages customer account database and maintains client contracts, files, and other revenue documents of the group. She works closely with other departments – Traffic, Shared Services (Billing and Collection), Regional Accounts Group, Global Events and Production for all Ad sales requirements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    AFTER-SALES COORDINATION
    1. Coordinates implementation of commercial spots, sponsorship media values, and other telecast requirements with the account executives and advertising clients / agencies.
    2. Prepares telecast orders and change order forms and translation to ITS format.
    3. Closely coordinates with the Traffic group for ad placements, materials, and implementation reports.
    4. Aligns material endorsement with Ad Sales Production Assistant.
    5. Closely coordinates with Finance regarding billing, collection, and monthly revenue reports.
    6. Coordinates with the Channel Management and Programming group for program grids and updates.
    7. Coordinates with Advertising Communications group regarding in-house production requirements of clients.
    8. Coordinates with the Media Production and Events Group for Ad Sales requirements regarding TFC’s exclusive programs, interstitials, and events.
    9. Coordinates with Ad Sales teams in other regions should they need assistance with the implementations of telecast orders, materials and other requirements from Manila.
    CUSTOMER DATABASE MAINTENANCE
    Manages customer account database and maintains client contracts and files
    Others:
    Prepares monthly revenue reports / telecast order logs.
     

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts or Mass Communication or related areas
    • 1-2 years in Sales Administration
    • High communication skills, both written and oral
    • Able to interact with external clients effectively
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially excel
    • Must be able to prioritize problems / situations that needs attention
    • Meets all team deadlines and responsibilities
    • Must be willing to work long hours and take calculated risks
    • Willing to travel to the different regions when required
