The newest venture of ABS-CBN is Play Innovations, Inc., a subsidiary formed in 2012. Its mission is to provide Filipino children with exceptional role-playing experience in KidZania Manila, an educational theme park that opened its doors in 2015.

It’s a play city built to scale for children – complete with paved streets, transport system, and a functioning economy. In KidZania, children can explore their interests, gifts, and talents and learn through over a hundred fun and immersive role-playing activities.

Children can become policemen or train to be firefighters, probably the most popular activity at any of the different KidZania parks worldwide. They can learn to cook their favorite food at several restaurants equipped with real kitchens. Future broadcasters can discover what it takes to bring the world the news in an ABS-CBN mini studio. Future doctors and nurses learn hands-on what to do in a hospital emergency room when a life-size doll patient goes into cardiac arrest.

    Will facilitate the children’s role-playing activities in the various areas in the Play City.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the various activities with a commitment to the role and strict

    adherence to the scripts given to them.

    • Should be able to bring to life the roles in a fun, personal and engaging manner always through all interactions in the play city.
    • Ensure that activities assigned are maximized based on the prescribed establishment occupancy rate and that there is an efficient activity turnaround time. Key Performances Indicators must be monitored always.
    • Can maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning establishment by

    accomplishing all necessary reports and checklists, timely and accurate

    communication of issues to Team Leader, and active participation &

    collaboration with the team.

    • Manage efficient use and accurate inventory of consumables, utensils,

    uniforms/costumes, and all other assets inside the establishment.

    • Ensure accuracy in Kidzos handling and proper reporting of irregularities.
    • Can be depended on for reliability on attendance.


    • Part-time engagement: At least 2nd year college
    • Full – time (Proby): University graduate
    • At least one (1) year relevant work experience is required for this position. (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
    • Able to sing, dance or act
    • Good people and communication skills, excellent customer service and passion for kids
    • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
    • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
