    1. Responsible for meeting sales target of assigned territory:        
    • Monitors sales productivity of team leaders and agents under his/her area       
    • Monitors sales productivity of other partners in his/her area of coverage       
    • Leads his/her team in the implementation of sales activities       
    • Responsible for ordering of stocks and maintenance of standard level of inventory       
    • Handles development of territory plans and strategies       
    • Handles site location for training centers, portacs, events, etc.       
    • Handles tasks of field team leaders in case of absences

    2. Recruitment and acquisition of sales channels        
    • Recruitment of team leaders       
    • Management of team leaders and agents under his/her jurisdiction       
    • Handles acquisition of sales channels       
    • Maintains close relationship with partners       
    • Handles resolution of issues raised with regards to lease of commercial space for portacs and events

    3. Management of Sales office      
    • Total management of sales training office       
    • Handles negotiations with lessor/administrator on rental amount and terms of lease       
    • Ensures security of stock inventory and endorsed payments


    • Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's/ College degree with at least three (3) years working experience in van sales, distribution sales
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
    • With excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Willing to do field works and travel
