RESPONSIBILITIES

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Provide supervision and technical assistance to homelife staff to ensure quality homelife service
    • Formulate policies and programs to improve rehabilitation programs for clients in the CV
    • Evaluate programs and activities along homelife service as part of the rehabilitation plan
    • Prepare work schedules of homelife staff to ensure proper endorsement of tasks and cottages
    • Consolidate behavioral and progress reports of clients as basis of other services in evaluating/ monitoring the rehabilitation plan for the clients
    • Oversee operation along provision of homelife service
    • Oversee the day to day direct care to the children in the cottages
    • Prepare work schedules of homelife services staff (e.g. houseparents, kitchen staff) to ensure proper endorsement of tasks and cottages

     

REQUIREMENTS

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate of Midwifery/Practical Nursing or Relevant Courses
    • Completed eight (8) hours relevant training (e.g. Caregiving, Child Care)
    • With three (3) years experience on supervision and management along homelife service
    • Knowledgeable in Home Management in an Alternative Child Care Facility; Health & Safety Awareness specifically in relation to residential accommodation of children; General knowledge on Government laws and Rights and Welfare of a Child; and Special Protection of Children, and Alternative Child Care
    • Supervisory skills
