Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    As the Campaign Operations Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of Campaign Executives who are tasked with the successful delivery of advertising campaigns across ABS-CBN's portfolio of properties, whilst meeting performance benchmarks. Within this role, you will need to drive operational excellence, provide exemplary service and become a trusted partner for internal and external stakeholders alike.
     
    Working with the Head of Revenue Operations, the successful candidate will have experience leading an Ad Ops team, whilst successfully collaborating with internal commercial teams and clients alike. In addition, you would have an exceptional grasp of problem solving, enabling your team and have strong practical experience in the set-up, optimisation and successful deliver of campaigns.
     
    • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day team operations from pre-campaign queries all the way through to campaign billing
    • Hiring, training and developing of Campaign Executives
    • Create and maintain documentation and training modules for the team
    • Be the main point of contact for issue escalations and communication within the team and cross-functionally
    • Proactively lead the troubleshooting of issues if identified
    • Challenge the status quo and proactively surface challenges and solutions
    • Enable the team to consistently meet or beat SLA delivery and service satisfaction score in terms of work quality, service and SLA

REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of Digital Advertising Operations experience ideally working within a Publisher, Agency or Ad Tech Company
    • 1-2+ years of experience directly managing Campaign Manager/Ad Operation Teams
    • Proven experience using Google Ad Manager and other Ad Tech Platforms, i.e. Magnite, Pubmatic, MOAT
    • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
    • Experience liaising with both commercially and technically minded stakeholders
    • Outstanding attention to details whilst showing a bias for action
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team, act proactively and drive resolution
    • Understanding of the Digital Advertising eco system and technology
    • Strong working knowledge of third-party creatives/tracking and ad verification tools/tracking platforms
    • Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting
