    The Ad Campaign Operations Officer will be a point of escalation for junior Campaign Operations team members when it pertains to the processes, ad capabilities and performance of digital campaigns.
    Reporting to the Ad Campaign Operations Head, the role will work closely with commercial teams to manage and execute the implementation, monitoring and optimization of advertising campaigns across ABS-CBN’s online properties (desktop, mobile, apps). 
    • Managing the end-to-end life cycle of digital advertising campaigns across ABS-CBN’s properties
    • Assist finance teams with billing queries
    • Be an expert on ABS-CBN’s Ad Formats and Capabilities
    • Be a point of escalation for junior ad ops team members and commercial teams
    • Liaise with both commercial teams and agencies pertaining to campaign performance
    • Monitor the overall health of demand portfolio i.e. fill and error rates
    • Manage and monitor the performance of direct campaigns and programmatic deals
    • Work with technical and product teams in the troubleshooting of campaigns and programmatic deals


    • 3 Years Experience in managing and trafficking direct campaigns and programmatic deals as a member of an Ad Operations Team
    • Astute understanding of the digital advertising eco system
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Practical understanding of IAB and rich media ad formats 
    • Demonstrated ability to manage both direct and programmatic campaigns
    • Experience in training new Ad Operations team member
    • Assist in the documentation of new processes and troubleshooting guides
    • Proven experience in campaign set up, trafficking, optimisation and troubleshooting
    • Possesses a keen attention to detail and with unrivalled organization
    • A problem solver with a bias for action
    • Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem, technologies and terminologies
    • Well versed in utilizing Google Ad Manager as well as other platforms including Lotame and other SSPs
    • Advanced use of MS office suite
