Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 


    As an Ad Platform and Product Executive, your mission will be to implement and maintain digital advertising products across ABS-CBN’s CTV, OTT, mobile and desktop properties. 
    Reporting to the Advertising Platform and Product Head, you will work closely with internal teams (Campaign Operations, Sales, Product and Tech) as well as external stakeholders (ad tech vendors, agencies) in ensuring that ABS-CBN has a market leading digital advertising product offering.
    • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of all digital advertising products platforms used by ABS-CBN
    • Collaborate with external vendors, Tech and Ops to scope, test and implement new ad products
    • Producing and maintain documents such as process workflows, troubleshooting guides and FAQs
    • Manage partner relationships for operational implementation of ad strategy across the digital product portfolio
    • Delivery of new ad product and platform initiatives working with as a part of project teams and leading them as needed
    • Be the point of escalation for the Campaign Operations team and the greater business when troubleshooting advertising related issues
    • Working with cross functional teams including Tech and Data
    • Assist with the training of Ad Ops as part of any new Ad Product/Platform launches


    • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Tech/Engineering/Marketing/Business or other related fields
    • 1+ years’ experience in HTML and Application development with demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising and technology standards
    • Strong working knowledge or practical experience in digital advertising disciplines such as Ad Operations or Ad Tech
    • Experience in communicating with digital tech vendors preferably DSPs, SSPs, Ad Verification Providers, DMPs or any other Ad Tech Vendors
    • Proven experience in project management and delivery of products/processes
    • Strong attention to detail with organization and documentation skills and the ability to multi-task
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills
    • Experience training users on platforms and product capabilities
    • Exceptional work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team, act proactively and drive resolution
