RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION SUMMARY
The Ad Sales Coordinator acts as the after-sales person of the front liners, the account executives. The position is responsible for the implementation of advertising spots and media values and in making sure that all telecast orders are implemented. The position also manages customer account database and maintains client contracts, files, and other revenue documents of the group. The position works closely with other departments – Traffic, Shared Services (Billing and Collection), Regional Accounts Group, Global Events and Production, etc. for all Ad Sales requirements.
MAJOR FUNCTION AND DUTIES
AFTER-SALES COORDINATION
1. Coordinates implementation of commercial spots, sponsorship media values, and other telecast requirements with the account executives and advertising clients and agencies
2. Prepares telecast orders and change order forms and translation to ITS format
3. Closely coordinates with the Traffic group for ad placements, materials, and implementation reports
4. Aligns material endorsement with Ad Sales Production Assistant
5. Closely coordinates with Finance regarding billing, collection, and monthly revenue reports
6. Coordinates with the Channel Management and Programming group for program grids and updates
7. Coordinates with Advertising Communications group regarding in-house production requirements of clients
8. Coordinates with the Media Production and Events Group for Ad Sales requirements regarding TFC’s exclusive programs, interstitials, and events
9. Coordinates with Ad Sales teams in other regions should they need assistance with implementations of telecast orders, materials and other requirements from Manila
CUSTOMER DATABASE MAINTENANCE
1. Manages customer account database and maintains client contracts and files

Prepares monthly revenue reports / telecast order logs
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication arts or Mass Communication or related areas
Work Experience:
1-2 years in Sales Administration
Functional/Technical Competency Requirements:
o High communication skills, both written and oral
o Able to interact with external clients effectively
o Proficient in Microsoft Office especially excel, ITS
