    1. Prepare and implement the annual administrative plan for the CV including procurement and budgetary requirements
    2. Ensure the adequate and timely provision of CV operational requirements in coordination with the Procurement Office;
    3. Monitor the availability of CV office supplies and materials; ensure the timely requisition of office supplies and goods from the BB Head Office, delivery and distribution of supplies and goods to the CV
    4. Review and recommend purchase requisition, request for payment and other documents necessary to support various transactions for approval of the Center Head/Operations Manager
    5. Facilitate the availability of cash advance and manage the revolving fund for CV operations
    6. Ensure the proper recording and documentation of CV documents routed to internal and external partners
    7. Establish and ensure proper implementation of the CV Records Management System involving the receipt, filing, retrieval, issuance, updating and disposal of records/documents
    8. Check that all services rendered by outside parties have the necessary documents and CV complies with government and donor requirements
    9. Assist the Center Head in overseeing and ensuring upkeep of the CV office; report any maintenance concerns and requirements
    10. Coordinate the messengerial requirements of CV
    11. Call regular administrative staff meetings 


    • BS Office Administration or any related field.
    • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a residential facility
