    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, organizing and maintaining business files and records, emailing, handling visitors, routing calls, and answering questions and requests
    • Manages and processes petty cash transactions including safekeeping of the cash
    • Maintains office supplies inventory for the group
    • Ensures operation of office equipment, order maintenance when necessary
    • Participates User Acceptance Test sessions


    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree related but not limited to Business Administration, Office Administration, Communications, or Human Resources
    • Has one (1) to two (2) years of experience or training in Office Administration
    • Has good organization and communication skills
    • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications
    • Willing to work long hours if necessary
