    Position Summary

    Provides administrative support to ensure that all needs related to workflow processes, schedules, resources and employee concerns are addressed properly.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Administrative Support (filing, photocopying, printing, messengerial requirements, supply requests etc.)
    • Monitoring of all employees leaves, TKJFs and other documents related to timekeeping
    • Provide clerical and admin services
    • Coordinate with different departments and AOs/EAs as needed
    • Manage schedule of the heads by attending to meeting invites and arranging schedules such as GAs, Mancom meetings and others
    • Time and Resource management – Provide immediate action on issues related to division/department meetings and ensure that all needed resources are provided based on current and future needs



    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
    • Graduate of any B.S. or A.B. four year course related but not limited to Business Administration, Office Administration, Communications or Human Resource
    • Has one (1) to two (2) years experience or training in Office Administration
    • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
    • Has good organization, communication, and people relation skills
