    The Administrative Officer is responsible for the department’s overall administrative functions. The position holder shall ensure timely cascade of pertinent information to the line and shall provide the necessary administrative support to the Digital team. The position holder is also responsible for the coordination of all production and operational requirements of digital content shoots.


    Administrative Functions
    1. Serve as the POC for administrative requirements from internal departments and LOBs such as but not limited to HR, Finance, BEU, AdProm, TSTAR, Star Magic, ABS-CBN PR, DMS, and IT.
    2. Submit, process, and see through approval of all department needs and requests such as:
    • Request for Payment
    • Cash Advance
    • Service Request
    • Work Tool
    • Equipment/Tools Repair
    • Office Entry Access
    • WIFI and ID-Access Request
    • Protocol Requirements
    • Material Requisition (as well as ensure availability of said materials for requisition)
    • Liquidations and Reimbursements of the Digital Head
    1. Act as a steward of the department’s equipment and facilities.
    2. In charge of processing Finance-related transactions for the Digital team, including but not limited to contracts, payroll, manpower, budget, billings, accruals, and the like.
    3. Ensure Cash Advance monitoring and liquidation for all Digital operational needs and shoot requirements.
    4. Draft inter-departmental memo as approved by the Department Head and Division Head.
    5. Handle the schedule of the Head, Digital
    Department Operations
    1. In charge of managing the schedule of the Digital team, which includes handling meeting requests with internal and external teams, coordination, and calendar management.
    2. In charge of budget requests for Digital as well as its digital shows and shoots.
    3. Cascade to the team all the HR announcements, company efforts and activities, and other related matters.
    4. Provide overall administrative support for the department needs of the Digital team.
    Digital Content
    1. Schedule all content pitches of the Digital Team with relevant internal and external teams.
    2. Consolidate all program concepts and budgets of digital shows for submission to internal departments, approving bodies, and councils.
    3. Process approvals of program requirements: final production budget, program IO, vendor accreditation of Digital talents/suppliers, and legal contracts for line producers, talents, and host/actor.
    4. Handle coordination of schedules and logistic requirements between the digital team and production partners (e.g. ABS-CBN PR, AdProm, Production/Creatives, external suppliers, etc.) for all digital shows, coverages, and shoots and make sure there is a smooth implementation of team’s entry and production workflow.
    5. Receive and acknowledge PR and coverage invites from other LOBs/departments and seek approval of the Digital Operations Manager for attendance of invites. The position holder then responds to inviting parties by sending RSVP replies and coordinates logistic requirements between the digital team and inviting parties. 
    6. In charge of following up all digital production staff and suppliers with submission of requirements such as cash advance liquidation documents, official receipts for reimbursement, vendor registration requirements, and all pending deliverables.
    7. In charge of coordinating with the AFPI Operations team for securing copyrights of digital shows
    8. Attend shoots when called upon and assist in acquiring static and video content for submission to Socials and Video teams.


    • Graduate of Office Administration or any related course
    • Preferably with experience in an administrative role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong time-management skills
