    • Sets daily appointments - internal and external meetings
    • Attends to phone calls and inquires
    • Coordination of administrative requirements of the project, including but not limited to documentations required by various departments in ABS-CBN
    • Business document handling
    • File management, office supplies and purchase requisitions
    • Special events coordination
    • Prepares and checks the team's annual budget
    • Analyzes quarterly expenses vs. approved budget then prepares variance report
    • Prepares payment voucher for services and different dues thru SAP
    • Responsible for all purchase requisitions, material reservations, and ensure that each requisition falls within the department's approved budget
    • Prepares request for I.O. thru lotus notes
    • Requests for creation and maintenance of the divisions asset master record
    • Prepares cash advances; reviews and checks the validity of liquidation reports as well as attached supporting documents
    • Reviews cost estimate/budget submitted by department heads
    • Reviews purchases of necessary equipment/CAPEX
    • Checks and verifies the validity of OT claims
    • Orients newly hired personnel re division's SOP and policies
    • Claims benefits due for staff
    • Checks ATT and insurance claims for employees travelling abroad
    • Completes division's annual PA
    • Represents division in dealing with other department/divisions as to administrative concerns
    • Keeps and files confidential records/documents
    • Personally routes confidential documents for signature when necessary
    • Other functions that may be assigned from time to time


    • ​Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
    • At least 5 years working experience
    • Organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Skillful in file management and records keeping
    • Proficiency in the use of Windows and MS Office Applications
    • Highly skilled in drafting reports and business correspondences
    • Proven ability to work at a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills
