Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing the end-to-end life cycle of digital advertising campaigns across ABS-CBN’s properties which will include
      • Accurate inventory forecasting
      • Setting up of direct campaigns (both programmatic and direct)
      • Vetting and troubleshooting creative assets 
      • Provide screenshots after uploading the campaigns
      • Identify and troubleshoot campaign related issues
      • Provide Analysis and Reporting of campaign activity
      • Ongoing optimization to maintain campaign health
      • Ensure campaign is delivered in order for billing to executed 
    • In addition to the above core duties, you will also need to 
      • Assist finance teams with billing queries
      • Be an expert on ABS-CBN’s Ad Formats and Capabilities
      • Provide ad hoc assistance to other members of the Ad Ops team
      • Monitor the overall health of inventory portfolio i.e. fill and error rates
      • Manage and monitor the performance of programmatic integrations
      • Assist in the creation of documentation 
      • Troubleshoot and test new ad formats and/or new partners incl. programmatic partners and creative vendors

REQUIREMENTS

    • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or any business related course
    • 1 Year Experience in managing and trafficking campaigns as a member of an Ad Operations Team (a plus)
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Astute understanding of the digital advertising eco system
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Keen attention to detail and with unrivalled organization
    • A self-starter with a bias for action
    • Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem, technologies and terminologies
    • Well versed in utilizing Google Ad Manager as well as other platforms including Lotame and other SSPs
    • Advanced use of MS office suite
