    • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of all digital advertising platforms used by ABS-CBN Collaborate with external vendors, Tech and Ops to develop, test and implement new ad products
    • Producing and managing documents such as process workflows, troubleshooting guides and FAQs
    • Manage the channel partner relationships for operational implementation of ad strategy across the digital product portfolio
    • Own the product management and delivery of new ad product and platform initiatives working with as a part of project teams and leading them as needed
    • Be the point of escalation for the business when troubleshooting advertising related issues
    • Work with cross functional teams including Tech and Data
    • Assist with the training of Ad Ops as part of any new Ad Product/Platform launches


    • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2+ years of practical experience in digital advertising disciplines such as Ad Operations and Ad Tech Experience in communicating with Ad Verification Providers, DMPs and other Ad Tech Vendors
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the digital advertising industry and digital advertising technology
    • Strong communication skills in these aspects: interpersonal, verbal, and written
    • Experience training users on platforms and product capabilities
    • Strong organization and documentation skills
    • Exceptional work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team, act proactively and drive resolution
    • Practical understanding of project management and agile delivery
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task a necessity
