    The Adprom Head is responsible for developing and implementing promo strategies in accordance with the objectives (target market, material, budget) set by the management. The Adprom Head drives the team in accomplishing the department goals and monitors the effective performance of its members.

    Major Duties and Resposibilities
    • Conceptualizes Overall Ad Promo and Marketing Promo Plan for all Narrative Programs from Pre-Launch to Finale covering all platforms (i.e., On-Air, On-Ground, Radio/Music,  Print, TV Guesting, Licensing, CCPMG,RNG, TFC)
    • Collaborates and Aligns with CCM and Marketing Heads and Unit’s Creative Team in formulating overall ad prom and marketing promo plan regarding 
      • Branding
      • Campaign and Marketing Design
      • Synergy Strategies 
      • Launch and Sustaining Promotional Executions for all units under Business Unit
    • Presents overall promo handle to Business Unit Head and Executes approved plan accordingly
    • Oversees execution of Approved Ad Prom and Marketing Plan for all shows from Pre-launch to Finale 
      • Reviews and Approves daily promotional strategies generated by each Ad Prom Coordinator 
      • Oversees execution of pictorials, press conferences, TV guestings and other on-ground events
      • Monitors competitors and other companies’ promotions strategies and campaigns and makes necessary adjustments to promo plan accordingly
    • Conceptualizes and Strategizes Advertising and Marketing Efforts of show with the end goal of generating revenue beyond promotional efforts 


    • Graduate of any related course.
    • Has work experience in Advertising and Promotions preferably in the Broadcast industry for at least 10 years.
    • Has experience in supervising and handling a team.
