The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    • Ensure high quality service and support solutions and timely monitoring of all customer issues and drive escalation where appropriate.
    • Monitor the service level agreement with the after sales partner and initiate and track orders to completion.
    • Coordinate closely with Customer Care team and the Service Center partner to maintain good customer service.
    • Ensure quality support is maintained to achieve customer satisfaction and in handling customer feedbacks and complaints.
    • Coordinate closely with Logistics ensuring proper availability of inventory of parts for the service center is maintained at all times.
    • Prepare and update after-sales reports regularly.
    • Track productivity and ensure that SLAs on warranty card encoding are enforced and followed.
    • Conduct periodic audits and provide recommendation to improve the after-sales operations
    • Monitor project timelines and track deliverables of the project team. Do follow ups to ensure committed project completion is met.


    • Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably Engineering/Management Course
    • Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in After Sales Support and Customer Service
    • Has a good communication skills (both written and oral, in English and in Filipino)
    • Has strong interpersonal skills
    • Has good and effective organizational skills
    • Able to learn quickly and to adapt to changes
    • Knows how to multitask and prioritize at the same time
    • Is accountable to his/her own words and actions
    • Attentive to details
    • Has willingness to work independently or with a group
