RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure high quality service & support solutions and timely monitoring of all customer issues and drive escalation where appropriate.
    • Monitor the service level agreement with the Service Center partner and initiate and track orders to completion.
    • Coordinate closely with Customer Care team and the Service Center partner to maintain good customer service.
    • Ensure quality support is maintained to achieve customer satisfaction and in managing customer feedbacks and complaints.
    • Coordinate closely with Logistics ensuring that proper availability of inventory of parts for the Service Center is maintained at all times.
    • Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Logistics for the processing of defective dealer stock returns.
    • Ensure immediate processing of returns and refund requests.
    • Prepare and update after-sales and returns reports regularly.
    • Conduct periodic audits and provide recommendation to improve after-sales operations, processes, and policies.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum graduate of vocational or 4-year course
    • Has a minimum of 1 year of extensive experience in Sales, After-Sales Support, and/or Customer Service and Support
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Has good communication skills (both written and oral, in English and in Filipino)
    • Has strong interpersonal skills
    • Has good and effective organizational and coordination skills
    • Able to learn quickly and to adapt to changes
    • Knows how to multitask and prioritize at the same time

    • Has willingness to work independently or with a group
