    • Create and maintain comprehensive database and documentation of materials stored in warehouse.
    • Overseeing dismantle and turnover of set.
    • Suggests and nominates materials for reuse.
    • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, policies, and procedures.
    • Setting-up layout and maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts to ensure efficient space utilization.
    • Keep stock control systems up to date to make sure inventories are accurate.
    • Develops, writes and implements project specific warehouse procedures.
    • Oversees overall cleanliness of the warehouse and monitoring of warehouse maintenance.
    • Prepare regular reports and statistics on a daily, weeky, and monthly basis.
    • Evaluates and updates standard operating plan periodically.
    • Update monthly cost savings (based on re-used materials) and prepare reports as required.
    • Design and implement best practices in warehouse operations.
    • Recommend process improvements and assist in implementation of process changes when appropriate.
    • Maintains pertinent documents of the warehouse such as in and out records, inventory records and confidential records.
    • Observe and report inventory issues and trends.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent in relevant work experience. Preferably with Professional License or equivalent.
    • At least 5-7 years of working experience is required. Preferably with at least 3 years of work related experience in this field.
    • With comprehensive knowledge in warehouse management, supply chain management and inventory control.
    • Skills in handling pressure and stress in managing time and working with demanding personalities.
    • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective plans and strategies.
    • Demonstrated excellence in organizational and conflict management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment and build strong work relationships.
    • Responsible, innovative, pro-active, dynamic, hardworking and have strong work ethic.
