    In-charge of preparation/mise-in-place for cold kitchen. Dressing, cakes, desserts, dessert sources, salads, and appetizers of Prime 9501, Bar 9501 & Café Espresso are ready and prepared before service operation.

    • Prepare sauces, stocks, soup, vegetables needed on day to day operation (for A La Carte and functions/reservations)
    • Submit schedule of daily vegetables, soup of the day every Thursday for next week operation for the approval of Executive Chef
    • Make a list of items needed for requisition such as meats, seafood, fowl, vegetables and dairies for Prime 9501, Bar 9501 & Café Espresso for submission and approval of the Executive Chef
    • Make sure daily specials, items to push and out of stock are properly relayed/informed to service/dining personnel
    • Always maintain the cleanliness of his area
    • Proper storage of raw and cooked items in the freezer/chiller
    • Conduct daily inventory of food items (raw and cooked) to be submitted to the Executive Chef
    • Check that all equipment/machine under his responsibility are in good condition
    • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time


    • 2 years Culinary course or equivalent in relevant work experience
    • 2 years previous work-related experience required
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work
    • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
    • Keen attention to details
