RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION SUMMARY
As an Associate Creative Director (Art) at ABS-CBN, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing branded creatives across multiple platforms. Leveraging your background in advertising, strong storytelling skills, and deep understanding of our target market, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and entertaining campaigns and content that engage and inspire our audience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the creative development process for branded content initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Production, Marketing, and Sales to develop integrated campaigns and content that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Provide artistic direction and mentorship to the creative team, guiding them in the development of visually compelling and impactful content.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our branded content offerings.
- Present concepts and creative work to clients, articulating the rationale behind strategic decisions and creative choices.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of creative deliverables, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the creative team and across the organization
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an art-related role within an advertising agency, media company, or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different mediums, emphasizing art direction and visual storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
- Proven leadership ability, with experience mentoring and managing a team of creative professionals.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
