RESPONSIBILITIES

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    The Audience Marketing Manager conceptualizes & sees through the implementation of strategic Audience/Consumer Marketing campaigns to drive results for Project Innova. This role entails teaming up with concerned stakeholders such as channel and programming heads, business unit managers, product, and tech teams to establish the channel’s positioning, utilizing traditional and digital media to ensure that it delivers engaging interactive marketing content experiences to its target audience.

    What you’ll do:

    • Formulate marketing strategies that will create executions that engage and connect with the target market which will lead to developing brand love for the channel and its programs
    • Brainstorm and come up with key campaign messages for the channel and its programs, aligned with the overall branding and communication strategy.
    • Define target markets through the use of demographics, psychographics, technographics and other consumption habits
    • Be the brand guardian who makes sure that strategies and branding guidelines are followed and applied to various platforms and executions
    • Lead and manage other projects as identified by the Marketing Head in relation to the project’s strategic pillars or initiatives.
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns in a timely and efficient manner while taking notes of learning opportunities along the way.

REQUIREMENTS

    • A graduate of marketing or advertising course
    • A marketer or brand manager with at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or brand management. Advertising experience is a plus
    • Most preferably knows what makes content interesting and engaging, one with high familiarity and engagement to different platforms (new media/ social networks and OTT sites) and various forms of content
    • Digital and Media Savvy
    • proficient in basic computer programs like Office 365 programs or the Google suite
    • Familiar with 360 marketing
    • Results oriented, agile, flexible and proactive
    • Highly creative, organized, and strategic
    • a good communicator both oral and written

    This is a project-based employment.
