    • Studies, diagnoses and assesses ABS-CBN brands at various stages of their product life through a review of target market needs and habits, current media consumption behavior, and competitive landscape.
    • Applies brand diagnostics processes to determine the "core essence' of these brands to provide direction for developmental plans in all areas of operation (i.e. business strategy, customer interaction, new product development, internal communications, marketing communications)
    • Designs integrated revenue-generating marketing campaigns to help drive sales revenue
    • Creates audience retention communication strategies by monitoring viewer feedback and designing follow-up supplements through relevant ABS-CBN properties


    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
    • Must be creative has excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Preferably with exposure in the marketing communications field, strategic planning, TV Production, advertising/creative agency work
    • With at least one (1) years of experience in a Marketing role
