ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. The Company also owns the leading-cinema and music production and distribution outfits in the country. It brings its content to worldwide audiences via cable, satellite, online and mobile.

The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    The Brand and Content Marketing Manager shall report to the Brand and Content Marketing Head and will manage assigned ABS-CBN brands via:
    1. Brand Strategy
      1. Develops the brand strategy of assigned ABS-CBN brands by studying, diagnosing, and assessing these brands at different stages of their product life
      2. Employs the brand diagnostics process to determine the “core essence” that provide direction for various areas of development
    1. Business Development
      1. Develops the strategy for brand expansion and collaborates with ABS-CBN LOBs for product conceptualization, business plan, and budget approval
      2. Explores opportunities and builds partnerships with external entities to grow the brand’s product portfolio and create new revenue streams
      3. Works with sales and marketing teams to drive advertising and licensing revenues
      4. Manages contracts and other requirements with internal and external partners
    1. Marketing Communications
      1. Conceptualizes and implements integrated communications plans for the brand
      2. Leads all promotional executions across platforms and handles both internal and external communications through collaboration with the Marketing and Ad & Promo teams of various ABS-CBN LOBs, as well as external media groups
      3. Create media policies that will protect and strengthen the equity of the brand and its trademarks
      4. Handles the creation and distribution of the brand bible and style guide
      5. Forms partnerships with external entities for co-marketing activities


    • Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications 
    • At least 5 years of substantial experience/exposure in marketing, strategic planning, brand management, and/or advertising/creative agency work
    • Solid project management skills—with proven ability to drive projects from start to completion
    • Experience in leading a group and influencing others to achieve goals
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and deadlines
    • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team or with key stakeholders
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal, in Filipino and English)
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage stress well
    • Independent and self-driven with high personal and ethical standards
