RESPONSIBILITIES

    Position Summary:

    Working under the Brand Head, the Brand Manager will be responsible for insight-driven marketing strategies, positioning and integrated campaigns for the brand, product or content for Global and its priority segments. The measurement of success is to build awareness, drive market growth and conversion, enhance customer engagement and improve overall customer experience.
     
    Acting as gatekeeper of brand, product or content, the Brand Manager will be in-charge of developing and managing P&L, implementing guidelines and processes and working closely with internal and external cross-functional teams and partners.
     
    Major Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Strategy Development 
    • Develops in-depth understanding of consumer needs, category trends and competitive landscape
    • Partners with the research team on quantitative and qualitative research to deliver actionable insights and have a deeper understanding of target consumers
    • Defines the global go-to market strategy, positioning and plans
    • Marketing Program Implementations
    • Develops and executes global marketing programs, integrated campaign and communication plan to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and winback
    • Measures post-campaign results and analysis to ensure that learnings and recommendations flow into future activity
    • Manages and monitors brand, product or content-specific marketing budget and P&L
    • Multi-Functional Team Collaboration
    • Liaises with Corp Marketing, CRM, CBD (Research) and others LOBs
    • Collaborates with Global Product/BU, Content, Socials, Promo, and Creative Team
    • Works closely with Regional Marketing for customization and enhancement of global marketing plans 
    • Coordinates with Internal and External Agencies
     
     
     

REQUIREMENTS

     
    • Minimum requirements:
    • Graduate of a 4-year marketing, advertising, business/management course or related field
    • Work experience – minimum of 5 years in managerial positions
     
    • Technical skills required:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Strong project management skills
     
    • Other skills required:
    • Creative and innovative thinker and planner
    • In-depth understanding of the brand and its position in the market
    • Confident in producing work across multiple platforms
