The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    The Brand and Content Marketing Specialist shall report to the Brand and Content Marketing Manager and will manage assigned ABS-CBN brands via:
    1. Brand Strategy
      1. Works with the BCM Manager/ Head to identify the target market of assigned ABS-CBN brands through the analysis of demographics, psychographics, defined media habits, and consumption
      2. Creates the brand development strategies for the brand
    1. Business Development
      1. Recommends, through analysis and research, ways to explore revenue streams for the brand
      2. Works with internal and external businesses to develop ancillary products with the objective of growing the brand’s product portfolio
      3. Assists in ensuring that timelines and deliverables for franchise brands and ensures these are on track
    1. Brand Marketing Communications
      1. Develops integrated marketing communication plans
      2. Builds and ensures the proper implementation of the franchise brand bible
      3. Handles message management to ensure that internal and external media platforms are aligned with the communication objectives of the franchise brand
      4. Implements and monitors franchise promotional executions


    • Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications
    • At least 2 years experience in marketing, strategic planning, brand management, and/or advertising/creative agency
    • Digital savvy
    • Familiar with 360 marketing
    • Hasa strong content appreciation
    • Strategic and creative at the same time
    • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
    • Able to handle projects with minimal supervision
    • Works well under pressure
    • Is able to work independently and within groups
