    The Brand Manager (iWant) is responsible in establishing key brand strategies and translates this to campaigns to drive acquisition and usage for the OTT business. He/She will oversee ATL, BTL and digital campaigns as well as working cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to attract an involved, engaged and loyal audience for iWant. He/she is also responsible in presenting these plans to external partners such as creative ad agencies. 

    1. Identifies key strategies to build user base and retention for iWant
      • Understands target audience through the use of demographics, psychographics, defined both OTT and media habits and consumption 
      • Ensures that target audience are captivated, driven to use the platform, and develops sustained loyalty
      • Identifies communication distribution strategies focusing on multi-platform channels, using existing and other potential assets to capture audience.
      • Comes up with audience retention strategies 
      • Capable of interpreting marketing data- platform performance, campaign results, etc. to help shape future marketing strategies  
    2.  Conceptualization and Execution of Integrated Marketing Communication campaign 
      • Leads marketing initiative to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
      • Comes up with promotion through multi platform strategies, both traditional and digital media
      • Works heavily with various stakeholders within the organization


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Marketing / Communications / Advertising
    • At least 3 years previous writing and/or design experience in advertising, marketing, public relations
    • Experience in working on brand management and digital marketing campaigns for internal and/or external clients
    • Has creative and strategic skills, multi-tasker, flexible, self-starter
    • Excellent communication skills with knowledge on utilizing multiple media touchpoints
    • Notable leadership skills, can steer projects and manage people
    • Ability to comfortably work in dynamic deadline situations
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment
