RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategy Development
    • Develops in-depth understanding of consumer needs, category trends & competitive landscape
    • Partners with the research team on quantitative and qualitative research to deliver actionable insights and have a deeper understanding of target consumers
    • Defines the global go-to-market strategy, positioning and plans
    Marketing Program Implementation
    • Develops & executes global marketing programs, integrated campaign & communication plan to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and winback
    • Measures post-campaign results & analysis to ensure that learnings and recommendations flow into future activity
    • Manages & monitors brand, product or content-specific marketing budget and P&L
    Multi-Functional Team Collaboration
    • Liaises with Corp Marketing, CRM, CBD (Research) and other LOBs
    • Collaborates with Global Product/BU, Content, Socials, Promo & Creative Team
    • Works closely with Regional Marketing for customization and enhancement of global marketing plans
    • Coordinates with Internal & External Agencies

REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Graduate of a 4-year marketing, advertising, business/management course or related field
    • Work experience – minimum of 2 years experience in marketing (traditional or digital), advertising, content marketing, brand or accounts
    Technical Skills Required:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Strong project management skills
    Other Skills Required:
    • Creative and innovative thinker and planner
    • In-depth understanding of the brand and its position in the market
